1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MarginBuddy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use MarginBuddy for personal, non-commercial fundraising purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Weekly payment subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Full payment transactions are final.

4. Prize Distribution

Winners are determined by matching margin numbers with AFL game results. Prizes are calculated as 50x the ticket price. Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the game conclusion.

5. Fundraiser Proceeds

Ticket proceeds (excluding processing fees) are allocated between the prize fund and donations to the designated fundraiser organization. MarginBuddy acts as a facilitator and does not retain any portion of ticket sales beyond processing fees.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in fraudulent activity, manipulate results, or use the platform for any illegal purposes. Violation of these terms may result in account termination.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on MarginBuddy are provided on an 'as is' basis. MarginBuddy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations

In no event shall MarginBuddy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use MarginBuddy.
